I am a community minded Yoga Teacher living in Townsville, Queensland. I first discovered Yoga at the age of 19 and have practised many styles of yoga since, as it has influenced my life immensely through the ways I have learnt to adapt to life’s inevitable challenges & change with more ease & acceptance.
An energizing vinyasa flow with pranayama that takes time to guide you through the transitions and help you find the way the asana best fits your body.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
For those eager to share in a skilled movement practice which safely stabilisers & strengthens the body & mind to maintain balance, while helping to prevent degeneration of cells as we age.
Remain active, vibrant & balanced while hydrating your cells & conditioning the mind & body in the most gentle and kind way from the inside out.
Be sensitively guided through your practice with optional variations to meet you where you are in your practice, be that new to yoga or returning after a break. Poses and breathing practices are always optional and your teacher will encourage restful breaths for you to sense into your own personal needs during the session.
