Yoga provided a sense of peace from an early age. An inner awareness grew over 25 years of practicing with various levels of intensity at different stages of my life. It has assisted with stress management, focusing attention and developing an inner & outer strength and resilience that has helped support & navigate many of the challenges that arose through the years. And now, a great joy comes in sharing with others their self-care journey to ease pain, build strength, heal, or simply to connect with the local community in a healthy supportive environment.
